Meet my sweet and beautiful friend, Faith Barnes. She was riding a bike down a steep hill, and the brakes malfunctioned, and she crashed into a trailer home. She went unconscious for about a minute. Her mom came running to her screaming out "No broken bones in Jesus' Name!" She was brought back to her house in extremely severe pain in her neck, face, head, and shoulder on the left side. The left side of her face was so swollen that she couldn't chew anything or brush her teeth. She also couldn't move her shoulder, and if anyone so much as touched it, or if the slightest movement occurred, she would cry in pain.

When she was brought back to the house, her whole family prayed for her, and they took her to the hospital to make sure no bones were broken. After X-rays and a cat-scan, the results came that she had no broken bones, but had very deep muscle/soft tissue damage and a small fracture. She was given a sling to help prevent her shoulder from moving.

She came to church on Sunday (2 days after this), both to morning service and evening service. After the morning service, she went to the front of the church for prayer for healing, and the pain in her head, face, and neck left her!!!

Baby Jessica was born prematurely.  At birth she weighed approximately 1 pound.  She had multiple issues, including pneumonia and a severe staph infection.  She was in the hospital four months before she was finally released to go home.

Soon afterward she was diagnosed with a severe vision defect called retinopathy - abnormal blood vessel development in the retinas of her eyes.

She was tested and it was confirmed that she had stage 3 retinopathy (where the blood vessel growth is severely abnormal).  The doctors scheduled her for laser surgery to preserve what vision she had left.  But God intervened!

Watch the testimony of this thankful father as he tells the story captured live at the Abiding Place.

God is so good!  Jessica is healthy and growing well with perfect eyesight!

Jesus Healed Them All

39 - And he (Jesus) stood over her, and rebuked the fever; and it left her: and immediately she arose and ministered unto them.

40 - Now when the sun was setting, all they that had any sick with divers diseases brought them unto him; and he laid his hands on every one of them, and healed them.

41 - And devils also came out of many, crying out, and saying, Thou art Christ the Son of God. And he rebuking them suffered them not to speak: for they knew that he was Christ.
